Despite hitting a boulder during the rugged Pacific Forest Rally, Vancouver's Scott Trinder and father Bob Trinder won their third rally Saturday night.

"These are my favourite roads," said Trinder, a two-time West Canadian rally champion.

The Canadian team of Hardy Schmidke and Adam Vokes came in second place, while Canada's J.C. Bourgeois and English teammate John Hall came in third.

"This is my second rally," said Bourgeois. "I just drove the road I saw. It was good driving at night, but rough."

Quebecers Antoine L'Estage and Nathalie Richard took first place on the national podium.

In second place were Alan Ockwell and Patrick Richard. Third place went to Canadian Leo Urlichich and American teammate Chrissie Beavis.
