Getting there might be the hard part now, but looks like the effort is woth it.
Local lakes seem to be producing fairly well as of late.
Buck would be a good bet according to our source who had a great morning with a couple of buddies. Wood Worms and dews would do the trick.
Dardenelles was also good. Small Buzz Bombs can be killer there.
The Kokanee were biting well at Alleyne last week. I believe it was maggots or mealworms the gent said were the hot bait.
Don't forget about the Nicola Valley Fish and Game Clubs annual Derby this Sunday at Mamette Lake.
