Will started working with horses in 1994 after graduating with a diploma in livestock production. He spent several years working as a cowboy and a few years as a farrier until he started training horses full time in 2001. Philosophy:
Will believes the key to training a horse is in sharing responsibility with the horse and allowing the horse to open his mind.
