Located at the Wagons West Travel Plaza, the Elephant Ranch Restaurant is open daily. It has 80 seats in a beautiful open surrounding. You look out onto a small town airport with looming mountains making up the backdrop. On one half of the restaurant there are 40 foot ceilings and rock work is woven into the design of the restaurant. This is not your normal Truck Stop Restaurant. Not only do we offer huge portions at great prices but also our quality of food is superior to what you might expect. We look forward to serving you a great meal - one that you won't soon forget!
